Terms of Service

Updated 17 October 2026. These terms apply to use of the CitationOS business listing dashboard.

Your account and authorization

Use the service only for businesses you are authorized to manage. Provide accurate business information, keep account credentials secure and comply with the selected directories' rules. Do not use the service for impersonation, false listings, fraudulent reviews or unauthorized access.

Trial and limits

New accounts may receive a time-limited trial with a business profile and directory signup allowance. Applicable limits and expiry are displayed in your account and managed by the administrator. A trial does not guarantee approval or publication on every directory.

Third-party listings

Signup and publish actions transmit business information to the directories you select. Directories may require email verification, additional information or manual review, and may reject or remove a listing. Existing published listings remain subject to the directory's own policies.

Service access

Administrators may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security issues or exceeded service limits. External outages and directory changes may affect availability. No uptime, ranking or universal listing approval guarantee is offered.
